Ananda Purashkar

Description – Ananda Purashkar Copper-plate (recto)

Date – 1992 (posthumous)

Award Details –  Samaresh Basu was awarded Ananda Purashkar (Prafulla Kumar Memorial Award) for the second time for his novel Dekhi Nai Phirey. The first Ananda Purashkar was given to him in 1958 for Ganga (Suresh Chandra Majumder Memorial Award), along with Bibhutibhushon Mukhopadhyay
